Water Damage from Pipe in Jackson

This water loss occurred from a pipe within the house. It affected four different rooms. These pictures were taken in the customer's living room. The before picture shows the wet laminate flooring. The laminate was beginning to buckle from being saturated. 

Our Procedure

Our goal is always to restore your property so that you do not have to replace it. However, sometimes it is necessary to remove flooring, drywall, etc. in order to properly dry the structure or if too much damage has already occurred. In this case, we needed to pull up the laminate flooring because it was already buckling. We then blocked the furniture so that the feet of the furniture would both not get damaged themselves and so that the wet feet would not damage the subfloor.
