At a commercial warehouse/office building in Scott City, MO, a water main burst underneath the building and caused water and mud to flood into the building space. This Before picture is of their reception area that has ceramic tile flooring. There is a layer of both mud and water on the floor. The after photo reveals the ceramic tile after the mud and water was extracted. At the end of the job, we steam clean the ceramic tile to help restore it to pre-loss condition. This happened over the weekend, but our team had all hands on deck to take care of this business.
