Winter Storm Damage in Duplex

This water damage occurred in a duplex in Bent Creek in Jackson. The water damage  started in the adjacent duplex and leaked into this side of the duplex. On that side, only one bedroom was affected downstairs.

The original water damage occurred in the basement of the duplex next door. There was a broken water pipe in the basement that had frozen and then caused flooding.

Frozen Pipes
